DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

All Cake Camp plans come with nutrition guidance, advice, grocery list, and weekly meal check-ins and diaries. I do not currently offer meal plans.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?

When they say do what you love and you will never work a day in your life. I can attest to that. This is truly a passion of mine. As a trainer my plan is to assist you in making a complete lifestyle change to live a healthier life. Although results are important my main goal for you is to be more vigilant in your eating habits, and learning what works for you and your body. I also prefer to train with a more personable approach, and build a repor with my clients.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR VIRTUAL/ONLINE TRAINING?

All equipment is optional 
However I recommend loop resistance bands, a jump rope, dumbbells, body resistance bands, leg weights, a timer, fitness pal app, a video phone app, wifi.
